On March 10, the Ministry of Defense accepted a proposal from Vog Aero Jet LLC for fuel supplies worth a total of UAH 386,70 million. The company is part of the Continuum Group, owned by MP Ihor Yeremeyev, according to the website Nashi Groshi.

The Ministry of Defense reportedly ordered 17,70 tons of A-80-DZ gasoline at a price of 21,84 hryvnias per ton. Interestingly, in early February of this year, the Ministry of Defense accepted a proposal from Feon to supply the same volume of fuel. Feon offered A-80-DZ gasoline at prices ranging from 15,78 to 16,896 hryvnias per ton. However, for unknown reasons, this contract was never signed.

Accordingly, by purchasing fuel from Feon, the Ministry of Defense would have saved approximately 100 million hryvnias. However, for unknown reasons, the security agency did not invite representatives of Feon to the final negotiations or to participate in the tender.

However, according to some reports, the Feon company is also connected to Igor Yeremeyev. Vadim Kikot is listed as the owner of the Feon MPP. Vadim Kikot is an aide to MP Yaroslav Moskalenko. Kikot is the director of Sintez LLC, of which MP Moskalenko is listed as a co-owner.

Yaroslav Moskalenko is known to have served as the first deputy chairman of the Kyiv Regional State Administration and headed the Vyshgorod District State Administration. In 2012, he became a member of parliament representing the Party of Regions. Currently, Moskalenko is a member of Ihor Yeremeyev's "People's Will" group.
