Mobile operator life:) received a large tranche from its Turkish owner.

lifeMobile operator Astelit (life) increased its capital by $686 million. These funds were received from its parent company, the Turkish telecommunications holding company Turkcell, to restructure debt and increase working capital.

Before receiving this amount, life:)'s debt stood at $875 million. It is noted that the company will spend approximately $387 million specifically on debt and obligations. Life:) also repaid $127 million in loans secured by the Turkish company, and also received $66 million directly from the Turkish company.

As a reminder, on July 10, the holding company acquired a 44,96% stake in life:) from the SCM Group for $100 million. This was done to ensure Turkcell's financial security, as life:) has significant debt. The outstanding loans amount to UAH 3,6 billion (USD 163 million).

Net profit also increased nominally, reaching UAH 1,777 billion, compared to a loss of over UAH 5,6 billion in the previous quarter. However, the company's gross revenue increased by only 1,6%, reaching just over UAH 1 billion.
