The Ukrainian Ministry of Health announced a tender for the production of sick leave certificates back in July. However, due to one of the bidders challenging the tender terms with the Antimonopoly Committee, the case has not yet even reached the acceptance stage. This was reported on the website. "Our money".
The Ministry of Health has announced an annual tender worth approximately UAH 2,6 million for the production of 8,6 million sick leave certificates.
The auction was scheduled for September 5, but Ukrainian Papir LLC filed a complaint with the Antimonopoly Committee. The complaint stemmed from the customer's requirement for proof of experience printing sick leave forms. However, Ukrainian Papir LLC believes that demonstrating the ability to produce any form is sufficient. The AMC of Ukraine upheld the complaint, and the requirement was withdrawn.
In turn, Ukrainian Papir LLC submitted two written requests to the tender committee to clarify certain contentious issues in the tender documentation, but the tender committee has not yet provided a response.
On October 29, the bid packages were opened. Five firms submitted bids. Ukrainian Papir LLC's offer of 30 kopecks per form was the lowest. Details of the selected bid have not yet been published.
As a reminder, last year, sick leave certificates were printed for 30 kopecks each back in June. At that time, the Zorya Printing Plant was the printing plant. 8,730,000 forms were ordered. This year, the Zorya Printing Plant also submitted a bid, offering forms for 33 kopecks.
