Kharkiv Mayor Gennady Kernes has registered ownership of shares in authorized capital and company stocks in the name of his wife, Oksana Gaysinskaya. This information follows from data from the Unified Register of Legal Entities.
In his asset declaration for last year, Kernes indicated that he owned shares in Komilfo TC LLC and Rivlad LTD LLC, with a total value of over 1,2 million hryvnias. Kernes also owned 76% of the shares of NPK-Holding JSC, 40% of the shares of RTMK Tonis-Center PJSC, and a number of shares in Kharkivoblenergo JSC and Real Bank.
It's important to note that the Kernes family owns just over 30% of the shares in Komilfo, but the controlling stake is held by Olga Kirillova, who is the beneficiary of Pushkinsky Trading House LLC. This company is one of the founders of National LLC, which owns the hotel of the same name. Kernes' residence is located in this hotel, although according to documents, he is registered at 76 Basseynaya Street. This building belongs to Vladimir Yarmak, head of the street committee No. 20.
It's worth noting that Kernes promptly "said goodbye" to his business on the eve of the elections. Legally, he is currently not connected to any business entities. It's also interesting that his wife is the daughter of former Kyiv Oblast Prosecutor Yuriy Gaysinsky. The latter's name is linked to the current head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau, Artem Sytnyk. Besides the property and shares listed above, Gaysinsky also owns two large apartments in Kharkiv.
