"No trace of crime has been found in this case," the head of the NABU reported. Sytnyk emphasized that both parties to the conflict have court rulings confirming their ownership of the factory.
As a reminder, the standoff between the former and current owners of the factory escalated on December 30, 2015. Employees of Zhitomirskie Lasoshchi, a company owned by Yuriy Leshchinsky, declared themselves unable to gain access to the factory. Meanwhile, representatives of ODO ZhL (owned by Igor Boyko) raided the confectionery factory premises.
According to media reports, the company ODO ZhL is in the sphere of interests People's Front MP Sergei Pashinsky.
