The National Anti-Corruption Bureau has opened a criminal investigation into the probable false declaration of assets by Bohdan Lvov, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court and Head of the Cassation Commercial Court. He allegedly failed to declare an apartment in Moscow.
This was reported by People's Deputy Yaroslav Yurchyshyn.
«Following my parliamentary appeal, the NABU has begun investigating Judge Bohdan Lvov for false asset declarations. This involves opening a criminal case and initiating a pre-trial investigation into the case against the Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court and the Chairman of the Cassation Commercial Court." he wrote on Telegram.
Let us recall that journalists from the “Schemes” program learned that Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court Bohdan Lvov has Russian citizenshipThey also claim that, thanks to the official Russian Federation real estate registry, journalists obtained a deed for a two-room apartment on Leningradskoe Shosse in Moscow. It is jointly owned by the Ukrainian judge's mother-in-law and his wife, Inna Lvova.
Firstly, his wife also turned out to be a Russian citizen. The judge concealed this fact in his declaration. Previously, Ukrainian judge Bohdan Lvov himself owned a share of the apartment. However, he transferred it to his wife under a deed of gift signed on June 7, 2012. Entries in the official Russian real estate registry indicate that the transaction was certified using his Russian passport.
Previously NABU began to investigate inaccuracies in the declaration of the defendant in the case Gladkovsky-Junior." Detectives are also investigating possible lies in the declaration of Constitutional Court Judge Alexander Kasminin.
