ppNikolai Gornostayev, until recently the Deputy Prosecutor of the Dnipropetrovsk Region, is the father-in-law of Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin and the father of Oleksiy Gornostayev, the Deputy Head of the Kyivsky District Prosecutor's Office in Odessa. His daughter-in-law, Tatyana, is the Deputy Prosecutor of the Odessa Region. Following the scandal surrounding the "Prosecutor General's family clan," Tatyana Gornostaeva denied that she was Viktor Shokin's daughter.

Oleg Khalin, head of the Department for Supervision of Law Compliance in Criminal Proceedings at the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, is the son of Valeriy Khalin, a former employee of the Prosecutor General's Office. Previously, he served as an investigator in the Prosecutor General's Office, and after joining Kryvyi Rih as a district prosecutor, he created an entire criminal organization out of assistant prosecutor Yevhen Gennadievich Zaitsev and investigator Ivan Nikolaevich Soldatov.

Alexey Chernov, the prosecutor of the city of Dnipro, is the son of Vyacheslav Chernov, an assistant and consultant to the people's deputy of Ukraine from the Party of Regions, the chairman of the international public organization "Fellowship of the Dnieper Region" Vyacheslav Zadorozhny.

Alexander Lysenko, prosecutor of the Industrial District of Dnipro, is the brother of Stanislav Lysenko, prosecutor of the Kirovsky District of Dnipro, and the son of Lyubov Lysenko, co-founder of Lyubava LLC.
In 2008, the Lysenko family took over the Kholodok cafe from Dneprospetsstroy OJSC in favor of Lyubava LLC.

Timur Fedoryak, prosecutor of the Kirovsky district of Dnipro, is the brother of Vitaly Fedoryak, one of the "Dnipropetrovsk terrorists" who organized four explosions in the city center on April 27, 2012, which injured 30 people.
During the pre-trial proceedings, Vitaly Fedoryak threatened investigators that his brother, an employee of the prosecutor's office, would "resolve everything."

Oleg Gladkikh, Deputy Prosecutor of the Dnipropetrovsk region
— the son of Vasyl Gladkikh, a former member of parliament and former head of Ukrzaliznytsia. Last fall, Gladkikh Sr.'s career took off, and he took over as head of a Russian Railways division, Wagon Repair Company-1.

Yulia Kirichok, an investigator at the Industrial District Prosecutor's Office in Dnepropetrovsk, is the daughter of Taras Kirichok, the head of the Dnepropetrovsk Patrol and Security Service.

Vasyl Karman, head of the investigative department of the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor's office, is the brother of the former director of the State Customs Service's Department of Customs Guard and the Organization for Combating Violations of Customs Legislation.

Maxim Kostyuchenko, the Petrikovsky District Prosecutor, is the husband of private attorney Svetlana Kostyuchenko. Local residents of the Petrikovsky District accuse their district prosecutor of protecting illegal sand mining in the village of Loboikovka, part of the Petrikovsky Village Council.
