Nalyvaichenko complained that the Prosecutor General's Office is not moving forward with the BRSM-Nafta case.

BRSM NaftaFormer head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), Valentin Nalyvaichenko, stated that the Prosecutor General's Office is refusing to review the evidence collected by the SBU in the BRSM-Nafta case.

Specifically, he claimed that the case was being artificially delayed, documents were destroyed or thrown away, and Nalyvaichenko himself was advised to "hand over the materials and shut up." The former head of the secret service also noted that a similar situation arose in the case of the Constitutional Court judges, who "effectively 'sanctified' Yanukovych's constitutional coup."

According to Nalyvaichenko, this case was also dropped at the Prosecutor General's Office level.

He also stated that when he handed over documents on BRSM-Nafta to President Petro Poroshenko, which, in particular, stated that a number of offshore companies were behind the company, the president did not respond, and Nalyvaichenko himself was soon dismissed from his post.
