The Kyiv Court of Appeal rejected the claim of Burisma (owned by the former head of the Ministry of Ecology) To Nikolai Zlochevsky) to MP Andriy Derkach and the Interfax-Ukraine news agency regarding the protection of honor and dignity, business reputation, the MP himself reported on the Telegram channel.
Thus, the appeal confirmed the decision previously made by the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv.
"The Pechersk court specifically noted that Burisma does not actually dispute the fact of payments to Biden and his son. The company does not agree that these exact amounts were paid through Rosemont Seneca Bohai," Derkach wrote.
As the Interfax-UkraineBurisma representatives demanded a retraction of information that they paid former Vice President and now US President Joe Biden $900 for lobbying activities, and his son Hunter Biden, along with Aleksander Kwasniewski, Alan Apter, and Devon Archer $16,5 million.
"As I've already stated and demonstrated in previous documents available to the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, contained in criminal proceedings, as well as financial monitoring data from Ukraine, Latvia, and Cyprus, all traces of the movement of funds and payments are available. Burisma used this same 'dirty' money to pay KROLL Associates UK LTD for services in the amount of at least $300," the MP noted.
