People's Deputy Vitaly Kupriy asks Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin to review the possible responsibility of President Petro Poroshenko before the kidnapping of Party of Regions lawyer Oleksandr Velychka.
This is the case in Kupri’s application to the Prosecutor General, reports the press service of the people’s deputy.
Kupri explained that at the time of his visit to the city of Strasbourg (France), he became aware of those that Poroshenko and Velichko knew especially. Just before the Minister of Foreign Affairs Leonid Kozhari, Poroshenko, as a people’s deputy, entered the Ukrainian delegation, which met with representatives of the European Parliament and EU officials, and Velichko secured legal organizing support for the Ukrainian delegation.
“And let everyone know that Poroshenko especially knew Oleksandr Wieliczka and served him as his servants. I know that, for political reasons, the unlawful accompaniments of Petro Poroshenko were followed by criminal activities in order to kill the SBU spy agent from Volnovas and kidnap Oleksandr Velychka. The detected criminal activities in violation of Statute 216 of the CPC were transferred for investigation not to the local internal affairs authorities, but to the Headquarters of the SBU department,” the deputy emphasized.

According to Kupriya's information, Velychko, who was once a Viconavian leader of low-level crimes against the Yanukovych regime, is being investigated in Moscow.
