In Ukraine, serious business is often satisfied with the amazing order of ties with “billion” state enterprises. So, for example, the people's deputy of the 7th and 8th cliques, Ruslan Solvar, at the previous clique was the first defender of the head of the Supreme Committee for the Supply of Transport and Communications, which he loved the “regional” Boris Kolesnikov. In 2012, Solvar also became the head employee of the General Director of the Association of Transport and Forwarding Organizations of Ukraine “Ukrzovnishtrans”. In the current Rada, he is a member of the Transport Committee, and also a representative of the new presidential party “Petro Poroshenko Bloc”.

Nowadays, as it became known, Ruslan Solvar is cutting off profits from a whole small number of companies that specialize in essential transport. Zokrema,

In 2014, the volume of expeditions reached over 1,6 million tons (ore deposits, naphtha products, ferrous metals, rocks, coal, etc.), with a total income of approximately 30 million UAH; in 2015, more was transported. 6 thousand tons (kam'yane vugilla), profit - 10 thousand. UAH

Mozgovoy was appointed director of Fresh Line in 2003, when the founder of the company was Ruslan Solvar, who was the top founder of Fresh Line in 2004, but without losing control over the enterprise. According to the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Brain Infestation is the assistant of People’s Deputy Solvar in huge ambushes.

Apparently, “Fresh Line” gained favor with “Ukrzaliznytsia” on June 17, 2010, the same day after the recognition of the Minister of Infrastructure Boris Kolesnikov from the Party of Regions (the first protector of which in Supreme Committee for the sake of transport and communications, having become Solvar).

With the constant rise in price of travel vouchers for Ukrainians through the “crowdiness” of the state, the main source of income is the most important transportation, which becomes 80% of all activities “Ukrzaliznytsia”. And one of the “favorite” evils of “Ukrzaliznytsia” is the unrequited reduction of tariffs for the transportation of goods for “their” companies, which results in millions of surpluses for the enterprise, and therefore for the state. One of these “our” enterprises was the “Fresh Line” PP, which saved hundreds of thousands of dollars due to reduced tariffs.

Only in 2014, when Solvar had a particular conflict with the formidable general director of Ukrzaliznytsia Boris Ostapuk, Ukrzaliznytsia initiated a divergence of interests from the Fresh Line PP with the organization transportation of transit vantages by Ukrainian railways. The official reason was that a private company had seen a number of times of re-insurance of cash for transit transportation, in connection with which the activity of the “ten-digit” code “Fresh Line” was reduced, which gives the right to Vikonannya transit. As a result, “UZ” started to bleed up.

In addition, even earlier, the Tariff Commission of Ukrzaliznytsia imposed penalties on the Fresh Line PP in the amount of UAH 3,5 million due to the non-compliance with 2013 by this forwarder of the declared river oil transit obligation. from the main stations of the Republic of Kazakhstan directly to the port stations of Ukraine.

However, this is not where the story ends. Following the application of the PP "Fresh Line" UMVSU at Pivdenno-Zakhidnya Zaliznytsia, criminal investigation No. 12014100130000053 dated 29.09.2014 was registered for the fact of fraud by officials of Ukrzaliznytsia With its official duties, the investigation is trivial.

And since there is no longer Ostapyuk in Ukrzaliznytsia, who has become “invincible” for Solvar, “Fresh Line” has good prospects for once again starting to parasitize on the sovereign enterprise and live off the sovereign’s funds.

Another company that trades on the meat of the pro-presidential people's deputy,

In 2014, the number of expeditions was 757 thousand. tons (rizni vantazhi), income is approximately 15 million UAH. The 2015 turnover is 69 thousand. tons (rizni vantazhi) income - 100 thousand. UAH

From the “Bulletin of Sovereign Purchases” it became clear that already on September 19, 2015. DP "Rohatyn Forest Gospodarstvo" (Ivano-Frankivsk region) agreed with LLC "Metrudtrans" for the services of transporting goods by salvage transport in the amount of UAH 1,55 million. Transported goods were transported throughout the territory of Ukraine and European countries (obligations and characteristics of the service - dividing table).

Apparently, in “Ukrzernotrans-K” from 1999-2012. Ruslan Solvar worked as a commercial director, and until 2004. entering the warehouse of the bosses.

The only competitor, admitted to the assessment, was LLC “Monolittranskompani”, where the founder is Mikola Bachala, and the director is Bogdan Viktorovich Katruk. The company was founded in April 2013.

Thus, to put pressure on the management of Ukrzaliznytsia (first of all, on the Tariff Commission of Ukrzaliznytsia and the DP “Ukrainian Transport and Logistics Center”), in order to put a spoke in the wheels of competitors, the support of LLC “Lemtrans Transit”, LLC “ITEK TRANS”, “PLASKE”, LLC “Tengizchevroil” – is rescheduling the current plans of “Ukrzaliznytsia” and winning them a reduction in tariffs.

As the Dzherelas reveal, Solvar Vikoristova’s Shakhrai method of congestion with incoming routes is to first contact the sellers about the future transport at a dumping price, and then to the Tariff Commission Ukrainian Railways, facing the fact of the need to reduce the tariff for transportation for a specific route.

On the other hand, it expands and expands various documents, incl. regulations, with the method of discrediting competitors and service personnel of Ukrzaliznytsia; encourages fellow people's deputies to attack the authorities and law enforcement agencies with far-fetched links of one hundred competitors.

Please note that law enforcement agencies are verifying information about the fictitious entrepreneurial activity of PP "Fresh Line" and LLC "Metrudtrans", which were scammed by paying taxes and transferred from the preparation Vlasny profits (about 45 million UAH) from the vykoristannym non-commodity government operations.

However, doctors who stand behind these companies have a high status as a people’s deputy and membership in a parliamentary committee, which gives the opportunity to influence the entire transport policy of the state, and is likely to destroy the place and situation change radically. And the immediate support of the oligarchs gives the government a hundred-hundredth guarantee of imperfection in Ukraine.
