A video posted online by activists shows Anton Yatsenko, a member of parliament from the Vozrozhdenie party, voting for five of his colleagues at once.
The incident occurred during the vote on the 2016 state budget. Yatsenko was able to vote directly in four of the five seats, but the last one lacked a parliamentary card, which provides access to the system.
After this, the video's authors note, the MP approached BPP leader Yuriy Lutsenko and said something to him. He may have been "reporting on the work he'd done," or something else entirely.
Let us recall that this is already Yatsenko’s second violation in the current VIII convocation of the Verkhovna Rada.
