The State Fiscal Service has all the necessary information regarding the debt in the context of individual special permits; therefore, the assertion that such information is absent is untrue and constitutes the provision of false information in response to a parliamentary appeal.
Viktoria Voitsitska, a member of parliament from the Samopomich party, wrote about this on her Facebook page.
"There is further evidence that the head of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov (read more: Roman Nasirov. The business past of Ukraine's top tax official ) provided false information regarding Ukrnafta's tax debt, broken down by individual special permits, in order to prevent their suspension," she wrote.
As reported in a letter from the Akhtyrka United State Tax Inspectorate of the State Fiscal Service in Sumy Oblast, declared amounts of tax liabilities for subsoil use royalties are reflected in integrated cards for each type of mandatory payment (for each type of mineral resource), the deputy writes.
"Although the automated payment accounting system does not provide a separate service for accounting for tax liabilities on rent payments by individual special permits, such information can be provided by manually extracting and systematizing it," Voitsitskaya noted.
According to her, the State Fiscal Service has all the necessary information regarding the debt broken down by individual special permits, so the assertion that such information is absent is untrue and constitutes providing false information in response to a parliamentary appeal.
As a reminder, in April, the State Fiscal Service demanded that Naftogaz of Ukraine terminate its contract with Mark Rollins, Chairman of the Board of PJSC Ukrnafta.
As a reminder, PJSC Ukrnafta's debt to the state budget as of January 1, 2016, amounted to UAH 10,4 billion.
The debt was formed primarily due to non-payment of self-declared rental payments, as well as VAT and income tax.
At the same time, accounts receivable amount to 18,676 billion hryvnia.
Ukrnafta's net loss for 2015 was 4,9 billion hryvnia.
PJSC Ukrnafta is Ukraine's largest oil producing company. National Joint-Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine owns 50% + 1 share of Ukrnafta, while Ihor Kolomoisky's Privat Group owns approximately 42%.
