The Ministry of Justice is considering the dismissal of the head of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov, for violating the lustration law.

Tatyana Kozachenko, head of the Ministry of Justice's Department of Lustration, stated that during the review of 344 official cases, 76 were found to be unauthorized to hold their positions. However, none of them were dismissed or otherwise punished.

Kozachenko noted that these included the heads of the departments for taxation of legal entities and individuals, the customs control organization, the legal department, and several heads of customs offices. Lyudmila Demchenko, head of the Kyiv State Fiscal Service, was also named.

According to her, a proposal to dismiss these officials has already been submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers. If this is not done, Nasirov himself faces the prospect of dismissal as part of disciplinary action.
