State Fiscal Service Head Roman Nasirov owns an apartment in London, which he failed to declare in his income declaration, thereby violating the "Law on the Purification of Government." Konstantin Likarchuk, who was fired yesterday, announced this on his Facebook page.
The dismissed deputy head of the State Fiscal Service stated that an apartment belonging to Nasirov was not included in his income declaration. This indicates a violation of the lustration law, which entails dismissal from office and a ban from working in government agencies for 10 years.
Likarchuk stated that he intends to file a lawsuit against Nasirov at his London residence, address: "Flat 5, 3 Limeharbour, E14 9LS London," to defend his honor and dignity. As evidence, Likarchuk published photocopies of Nasirov's property registry documents.
Recall that Konstantin Likarchuk was dismissed from his post as deputy head of the State Fiscal Service several days ago due to suspicions of corruption. The head of the State Fiscal Service, Nasirov, requested the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Finance to fire Likarchuk, as we previously reported.
