The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) sued Bakhmatyuk's company for property in Ivano-Frankivsk.

On April 12, 2021, the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal refused to satisfy the appeal of Stanislavskaya Trading Company LLC, reports Finbalance.

Thus, the court upheld the decision of the Kyiv Commercial Court, which partially satisfied the NBU's claim and, in order to pay off the refinancing debt of Financial Initiative Bank, foreclosed on the mortgaged property (retail and administrative premises with an area of 1542,1 square meters, located at 19a Grunvaldska Street, Ivano-Frankivsk). Finbalance also established the method of selling the mortgaged property by selling it at a public auction as part of the enforcement proceedings provided for by the Law "On Enforcement Proceedings," reports.

It is known that the owner of both the Financial Initiative bank and the Stanislavskaya Trading Company LLC is businessman Oleg Bakhmatyuk.

Ранее Skelet.Org reported that The Deposit Guarantee Fund is putting the pool of assets of the Financial Initiative bank up for auction.
