Unison Group LLC reports an invasion of the Chumaki private enterprise by an unknown group of individuals armed with automatic weapons. According to Forbes, on December 8, at 6:30 PM, armed individuals wearing black balaclavas entered the Chumaki premises. The invaders arrived in two buses and 15 cars, dispersing throughout the enterprise's facilities, located in three villages in the Dnipropetrovsk region: Chumaki, Mayivka, and Zarya. Neither their clothing nor their vehicles bore any identifying marks.
According to journalists, the company is concerned about the safety of its employees and residents of the villages where the plant is located. Unison Group LLC is requesting law enforcement intervention, and company representatives have already filed a corresponding complaint with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Earlier, Prokurorskaya Pravda reported that on November 26, Unison Group LLC announced a hostile takeover of the Chumaki private enterprise, which had been part of the group since July 1, 2013. On November 27, Tatyana Igorevna Abramova, registrar of the Registration Service of the Dnipropetrovsk District Department of Justice of the Dnipropetrovsk Region, illegally entered information into the Unified State Register of Enterprises, Organizations, and Institutions regarding the change of ownership of the Chumaki private enterprise from Unison Group LLC to an unknown offshore company, Stellar Partners LTD.
Events surrounding the enterprise indicate a clear attempt to seize the business using illegal methods and forged documents, specifically the entry of false information into the company's register regarding the appointment of a director and a change in the founder. Unison Group LLC also stated that the corporate raid on Chumaki is taking place with the tacit consent of the Dnipropetrovsk District Justice Department of the Dnipropetrovsk Region.
In connection with the corporate raid on Chumaki and to protect its legitimate rights and interests, Unison Group LLC filed a criminal complaint with the police, reporting the commission of a crime and initiating a criminal case against the illegally appointed director of Chumaki, Sergey Shaptola, and the actions of registrar Tatyana Abramova. Furthermore, legal proceedings have been initiated to cancel and suspend the actions of the aforementioned criminals, who are clearly linked to the corporate raiders.
