On July 25 of this year, the so-called "barkers" of the transport company "Pospolita Service" lured passengers from the bus station to their buses on the route "Odesa-Mykolaiv", "Odesa-Kherson", located in an informal parking lot a few meters from the station.
Moreover, the illegal parking lot where the buses of Pospolita Service are located is located right next to the roadway, posing a safety hazard. Furthermore, it is completely unsuitable for passenger service, as it lacks benches, trash bins, or even a restroom, causing significant inconvenience to passengers.
Furthermore, the drivers of this carrier did not sell tickets to passengers on the above-mentioned routes. In this case, the carrier does not guarantee life and health insurance for passengers. Uncontrolled boarding leads to both income concealment and the denial of travel to privileged categories of citizens.
The drivers did not have license cards or route passports, nor did they have a lease agreement for the land plot on which the spontaneous bus stop of the Pospolita Service private enterprise was located.
Police officers, responding to a call from legal carriers, attempted to identify the unknown individuals soliciting passengers for buses operated by Pospolita Service. However, the individuals brazenly denied any connection to the carrier and claimed to be ordinary passersby, despite video footage suggesting otherwise.
