The assignment of constituencies to the selection of technical candidates is one of the schemes in which the odious activities of the past hope to leak to parliament. Zhodna, from the pro-European forces, did not dare to expose these people in her name. Aside from the path of behind-the-scenes housekeeping, they created comfortable minds in the majoritarian constituencies, which proved disastrous for the electoral system for Ukrainian democracy.
Having become candidates, we discovered several such schemes from Petro Poroshenko’s bloc and submitted information to the political administration, which often corrected the situation. The fragments of the pepper about the whole were informed to the party’s kernels, and not the enormity, after which it took place, I have the right to write about it now publicly.
One of the loudest examples was the situation in district 217 – the Obolonsky district of Kiev. The favorite in this district is Vadim Stolar, the ex-partner of Leonid Chernovetsky and the current partner of the 1st protector of the head of the Kiev Metropolitan State Administration Igor Nikonov.

Zaraz Stolar is in charge of choosing the style of the Poroshenko bloc. And in the 2012 elections, he lost the majoritarian election in this constituency to Oleksandr Brigintsy from “Batkivshchyna” with a difference of 7 thousand votes. In the 2014 elections, Briginets was also a favorite, although rejecting a proposition that was difficult to imagine - passing 75th place on the list. After that, Poroshenko’s block hung behind the 217th district of Olga Lyulchak, who became aware that not all over the country were always aware of her naked photographs.
In reality, the intrigue around Olga Lyulchak is about something completely different: three months earlier, in the spring of 2014, she was hit by a blow outside the same district to Kievradi and... lost to Stolar.

For obvious information, Lyulchak and Stolar are related persons. Based on the official data submitted in the spring elections to Kiev, Lyulchak is working with SK-Technology LLC.

The stock of shareholders of the company where Lyulchak operates remains in doubt. 40% of the shares in SK-Technology belong to Volodymyr Slavinsky, who has repeatedly acted as the nominal founder of Stolar’s companies. Zokrema, at the company "Melvix", was then transferred to the company "Fundamental". The company "Fundamental" in the name of Stolar is the founder of the legal entity, which owns a land plot in Kiev at the address Lev Tolstoy, 57, where the business center of Stolar and Nikonov "101 Tower" was created.

If all these facts were wrong to us, Lyulchak, while hanging at the exit, did not submit to the Central Exhibition Commission in the name of Poroshenko’s bloc. This often made things easier for Stolaru. To prevent this odious politician from returning, democratic forces may have to support a single candidate in the 217th constituency. Thus, the “Popular Front” Zoryan Shkiryak and the “Community Position” Ruslan Rudenko are withdrawing their candidacies for the post of commander of the Azov battalion Andriy Biletsky.
District 195, Cherkasy region. The favorite of this district is a large region, the implementer of a malicious scheme for the sale of petroleum products through the company “Levela”, the first carcass in parliament in 2006 Volodymyr Zubik. The Bloc of Petro Poroshenko outside this district was declared at the meeting of Serhiy Lyubivy. The paradox is that at the end of 2014, Lyubivy was the assistant of deputy Zubik and the minister of his district municipality, about which information was included in the local newspaper “Drabivshchyna”.
Even if you recommend Zubik’s deputy as a candidate for the Poroshenko Bloc, it’s not enough to establish an internal investigation. The party also did not put Lyubyvy in the bag, having heard the signs. In order not to “anger” the Zubik district, the democratic forces may come up with a single candidate. In whose district do the visuvans of the “Popular Front” and “Batkivshchyna” hang out?
The favorite in the elections for the 200th constituency, Cherkasy region, the largest region, according to the father of the Tender Mafia, Anton Yatsenko. “Petro Poroshenko’s bloc” at its inception did not introduce the desired candidate here, which created a comfort zone for Yatsenko. True, after the voice, when submitting documents to the Central Election Commission as a candidate from the Poroshenko bloc, the rank deputy Vitaly Chudnovsky was declared to have violated the law, but in which case he was creating a real alternative to Yatsenko.
