Express delivery company Nova Poshta has launched a delivery service to over 200 countries worldwide, marking the Ukrainian company's entry into the international arena.
This service is already available in Kyiv; in March, it will be rolled out to cities with a population of over a million, and by autumn 2016, it will be rolled out nationwide. Tariffs will be fixed. Sending a 2-kilogram parcel to Europe will cost at least $34, while sending documents up to 0,5 kilograms will start at $18. Imported goods will only be subject to duty if their value exceeds €150.
It is noted that documents can be filled out online, and the parcel can be given to the courier or delivered in person.
In addition, Nova Poshta plans to launch a delivery service from international online stores in December. The names haven't been announced yet, but these will likely be major retailers like Alibaba and Amazon. This will allow for delivery tracking at every stage of the journey.
