Smart Holding CEO Vadim Novinsky is selling off vehicles confiscated during the raid on Donetskprodtorg by Amstor Group.

The following vehicles are listed on auto sales websites: a Kupava 930011 van, a LiAZ-5256 bus, a MAZ, a TATA LPT 613/38, and MAZ semitrailers. In total, there are approximately 10 units of special-purpose trucks listed, all of which belonged to the Donetskprodtorg company. The sales are organized by Novinsky's Smart-Holding corporation. Therefore, the proceeds from the sale of the vehicles will go to the millionaire's holding company.

An interesting fact is that the specialized equipment is pledged to Rinat Akhmetov's bank, FUIB. Experts note that if the property is pledged to PJSC FUIB, and the financial institution itself releases it from the pledge to sell the vehicles, then there is collusion between Akhmetov's bank and Novinsky's holding company. Furthermore, the press service of Donetskprodtorg emphasized that Smart Holding initiated bankruptcy proceedings against the company on August 31, 2015. This means that Akhmetov's bank released the vehicles from the pledge after this procedure, in October 2015.
