Meanwhile, the main problem is that she had no previous experience working as an international specialist.
Her biography hasn't yet been officially released, but she has revealed some details on two Facebook profiles, which feature her personal photos and other information. One of them hasn't been updated for a long time; in it, Ilashchuk describes herself as a specialist in gemstone processing. The profile claims she trained at HRD Antwerp , where they teach diamond sorting and recognition.
In another profile, which was actively updated until recently, Ambassador Ilashchuk describes herself as a "clinical psychologist, systemic family therapist, Gestalt therapist, and sexologist-consultant." Based on the public activity of the future Ukrainian representative to the EU and NATO member state, she was until recently involved in Gestalt therapy and sexology. This profile was blocked on Sunday evening.
Both profiles contained personal photos and other details of the newly appointed ambassador, which were verified, and preferences for which had long been set by the profiles of Yaroslava Gres (involved in the presidential initiative United24) and Oles Donia (a political scientist currently collaborating with the government), the publication notes.
A cursory internet search reveals her video on the Facebook page of Estet, a company that bills itself as an "event-media operator in the professional beauty business, an industry leader"—a leader about whom little is known. Hypnosis sessions could be scheduled via messaging apps, which is exactly what they did.
A strange coincidence, perhaps already suggesting the infamous " hand of Yermak ," as it's well known that this "grey cardinal" is heavily involved in Ukraine's international relations, despite having no diplomatic experience whatsoever.
Another surprising experience for a future Ukrainian representative in Bulgaria might be the future ambassador's promotion of Ed Burdakov's semi-fraudulent dietary supplement company , which positions itself as "Diamond Elite" in a pyramid scheme selling dietary supplements called RAIN. It's a banal network marketing system, similar to the well-known Amway scam.
These MLM systems offer the opportunity to earn money by selling products to family, friends, and neighbors, and, of course, "provide the world's greatest business opportunity." These "Yed Burdakovs" tell newcomers (investors) that they can earn more money if they sign up more people for the program. Each seller is promised a "bonus" from purchases made by new distributors. Furthermore, each distributor can earn more "bonuses" if their signups, in turn, sign up more people.

So, even if no one can actually make money selling products retail, everyone is obligated to sign up more people for this "business." Beginners are told that a real business that can generate big money relies on signing up others, just like themselves. Then, their profits supposedly double. If you don't succeed, it's your own fault. About 99% of those who join this scheme will never make a profit. To attract people to a multi-level marketing company where almost everyone loses money, deception is necessary.
Well, there's probably no point in writing separately about dietary supplements, especially when they're distributed through semi-fraudulent schemes.
Another interesting episode in the new ambassador's biography may be her involvement in criminal schemes in Bukovina. The publication " Young Bukovynets " notes that, according to the Youcontrol analytical system, from 2010 to 2015, she held the position of manager at the jewelry company "GEMMA." Until October 2021, Olesya Ilashchuk was also a co-founder of the company.
