According to documents obtained by Review News, the factory will be built in Boryspil at 82 Pryvokzalna Street and will occupy 18,9521 hectares. The current President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, chose the perfect location. The dimensions of the main building are truly impressive, its size is 361x180 meters, and the height is 22 meters.

The construction client is the Roshen Biscuit Complex, and the ultimate beneficiary is Petro Oleksiyovych Poroshenko, although at the last press conference the president himself stated that Roshen is outside his sphere of influence.

This area will house a complex of primary and auxiliary buildings. Our editorial team carefully examined the plans and discovered that the largest parcel of this complex, with an area of 7,45 hectares, is plot number 3210500000:04:022:0008, according to the Cadastral Map of Ukraine. This land was demarcated in October-December 2015.
