Yulia Levochkina
The Obukhiv District Court of the Kyiv Region has ordered an expert assessment of 3,24 hectares of land near the Kozinka River, which belongs to Yulia Levochkina (Read more: Levochkin. "The Gray Cardinal" and his sister). They write about it НАШі Гроші.
Levochkina's representative filed a motion in court for a technical assessment of the land. During the assessment, as noted in the motion, Levochkina's defense requests an investigation into whether the land is designated as a water fund and whether it is an island. The prosecution opposed the motion. Prosecutors argued that such an assessment would delay the trial. However, the court granted Levochkina's representatives' motion and allowed the assessment.
As a reminder, MP Yulia Lyovochkina registered a plot of land near the Kozynka River after the Euromaidan protests in 2014. The land's intended use was for the construction and maintenance of a residential building. In September 2014, the prosecutor's office's agricultural inspectorate determined that the transfer of the land to the former head of the Presidential Administration's sister, Yulia Lyovochkina, had occurred in gross violation of the law. Prosecutors subsequently filed a lawsuit.
This plot of land is connected by a bridge to another plot of land of 0,42 hectares, which also belongs to Yulia Levochkina.
