Odessa Judge Oleg Neporada's Income Declaration and Professional "Achievements"

Several months ago, the public organization "Rule of Law" requested income declarations for 2011-2013 from all judges in the city of Odessa.
Public activists sent requests to judges whose property declarations indicated that their value exceeded their income, requesting information on the sources of acquisition of the declared property.
According to his asset declaration, Oleg Mykolayovych Neporada, a judge at the Malinovsky District Court in Odessa, lives a modest life. He and his family own a 74,5 square meter apartment, a 1997 Mitsubishi Galant, and a 2007 TXM-150A.
However, already in 2013, the judge and his family added a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra to their fleet.
This may be due to an increase in the total combined income of the judge and his family members.

Judge Neporada O.N. himself has been repeatedly noted in the media for his “interesting” decisions.
The case of torture at the Razdelnyansky District Police Department in the Odessa region was particularly notorious. It was Judge Oleh Neporada who delivered the verdict, which upheld the release of the police officers who had brutally tortured the suspects. Noting in his verdict the defendants' "sincere repentance, positive references from their places of residence and work, including the presence of incentives," the judge concluded that the defendants' correction and rehabilitation were possible without isolating them from society.
