As reported in the Public Procurement Bulletin, on December 29, following tender results, the Donbasstransgaz branch of Ukrtransgaz PJSC signed agreements for the restoration of buildings and fences at the Kramatorsk UMG LV facilities worth UAH 10,540,000. Specifically, it states that Promstroimontazh CJSC will receive UAH 5,780,000 for the restoration of administrative and production buildings, garages, and warehouses. Konstantin Mashnenkov owns 59,8% of VESTASTROY's shares. Another 40,19% is registered to Kramatorsk resident Tatyana Trofimenko.

Mashnenkov is known as a former member of the Donetsk Regional Council and one of the founders of the Party of Regions in Kramatorsk. The press once called Mashnenkov Pshonka's protégé in the local elections and also accused him of nepotism with the former prosecutor general.

Other shareholders of Promstroimontazh include Konstantin Mashnenkov (50%), Nadezhda Vnukova (40%) and Alexander Krasnokutsky (10%).

The companies Promstroimontazh and VESTASTROY are partners in Mediagroup New Projects, a joint-stock company owned by Mikhail Burov. Burov's father, Vladimir Burov, is a fellow countryman of Viktor Pshonka and a neighbor at the former Prosecutor General's dacha in Drobyshevo, Donetsk Oblast. It is also known that the aforementioned company, Ukrmistobudproekt LLC, near Kyiv, leased land used by Artem Pshonka.
