While everyone reads the text of the law “On the Cleansing of Power”, unfortunately there is no doubt that, having come across the cross-state government service of the Middle Lanka, lustration, perhaps, will not come into contact with real corruptors in power.

However, those who at first glance sound “proud”, with more detailed examination and knowledge, it is possible to come to the conclusion that with such intercessors of the Prosecutor General, the powers can write nothing, and the recognition of such individuals to the safe warehouse of the GPU is the cynicism of the greater world.
I myself look at the part of Oleg Bachun’s opinion from ZMI as a person who sapped the faith of the rich citizens from the honor and incorruptibility of the judicial corps and remembered as a corrupt official in the judicial system, we decided to conduct a journalistic investigation into the current activities of O.V. Bachun, in consultation with his colleagues and friends.
At the end of Oleg Bachun’s career, one could have been very happy. The head of the district courts of Lviv, the first intercessor of the head of the Gospodarsky court of the city of Kiev, the head of the District Administrative Court of the city of Kiev. From the leaf fall of 2012 to the fall of 2014, I was an aide-consultant at the huge ambushes of the People's Deputy of Ukraine (You won't guess who was the People's Deputy in front of him, who became the Prosecutor General). However, let's take it in order.

At this hour, at this hour Bachun O.V. becomes one of the main figures in the “market” of major ship solutions.
For the record, in 2008 Oleg Bachun himself overruled the presidential decree on holding pre-government elections and defended the privatization of the Odessa port plant. Initially, through a number of people's deputies, they began to collect information about this particular way of life.
The working group of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine sent to the Head of the High Administrative Court and to the Courts of the Administrative Courts of Ukraine official confirmation of the facts of the violation of charter flights by the Head of the District Administrative Court of Kiev O. Bachun.
People's deputies also provided information to the Ministry of Transport Communications and the State Cordon Service of Ukraine regarding the transfer of international flights organized by O. Bachun - a total of 64, of which 39 are regular and 25 charters.
The cost of charter flights on direct routes amounted to 595,800 to 664,710 euros. At the same time, O. Bachun declared his income for the period 2008-2009 in the amount of 142813,23 hryvnia.

As has already been indicated, a decade ago in ZMI there was increased information about the discrepancies with official income and the expenses of the court of O. Bachun, expensive purchases, dozens of charter flights, as well as about dubious ship decisions of his authorship, as a result of which Oleg Volodimirovich was exonerated for violating the oath of justice.
However, it should be noted that on September 13, 2010, the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine adopted a resolution, which in turn vindicated O.V. Bachun. in a satisfied appeal about the appeal of the decision of the Supreme Court for the sake of justice, please submit a submission to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about the appeal of the resolution in the part of the liberation of Bachuna O.V. from the court of the District Administrative Court of Kiev.
At the same time, in the motivating part of its ruling, the court expressly stated that it recognizes the facts presented as evidence of the destruction of O.V. Bachun. judge's oath. The court, closed, confirmed the claims of the Supreme Court for the sake of justice about the evidence of violations in the court's actions when considering the fuss about the security of calls. What is the point of the submitted information about the construction of O.V. Bachun? in the period from 30 April 2004 to 8 June 2009 non-one-time flights abroad, including charter flights of various airlines, in an amount that exceeded his river income tens of times, then The administrative court of Ukraine also did not recognize the obviousness of such facts, and in the decision there is not a word about those that are the pardon’s repeated insistence.
At the same time, following the respect that is consistent with the provisions of the Code of Administrative Judiciary of Ukraine, the decision of the High Administrative Court of Ukraine regarding the destruction of the assets of the Supreme Court for the sake of justice and the Supreme Court Ukraine is residual and does not lend itself to re-examination. Looking at this, unconsciously, with what rank O. Bachun could stand in the courts in the context of his prison, as it is consistent with the decision of the High Administrative Court of Ukraine, which confirmed their presence, Disgrace does not last. What is evident is complete nonsense.
Tsikavo, in 2013, even after being released from prison for breaking the oath, O. Bachun did not have any income, his earnings for the past year amounted to 0 hryvnia. This is evident from the declaration of Oleg Volodimirovich, posted on the website of the GPU. Despite all the important transport issues, the declaration clearly contains information about the BMW X6 car, which is in favor of Bachun’s squad and which, in the heaviest judicial hours, did not give “peace” to the people’s deputies, and even the virtuousness of such The price for a car is 130 thousand euros. Members of the Bachun family, like him, also had quite a lot of labor income in 2013, however, in the section of the declaration “prizes, gifts, other winnings” the amount is listed at around 6 million UAH. Lottery?? Otse is so lucky!!! It is impossible to explain otherwise, however, the recognition of the person released for violating the oath of the court to the imprisonment of the intercessor of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
What did Oleg Volodimirovich remember at the imprisonment of the intercessor of the Prosecutor General?

Bachun is working with representatives of organized malign groupings in the food industry of malignants, zokrema Petr Petrovich Kozhemi, a native of Lvov, who was convicted of up to 9 years of absolution for committing malfeasance, transferred Article 307 CC. Representatives of the Lviv RAM have begun to encourage assistance from the highest authorities from the victorious village of O. Bachun.
In addition, Oleg Volodimirovich, demonstrates his intermediary services in the food security sector by withdrawing from the state budget refinancing for specific banking institutions for only 15-20% of the amount in the form of a gift or a win (and even This itself is, as we already know, the main income of O.V. Bachun). Zokrema, I'm talking about the Zoloti Vorota bank with the rulers, don't be confused, Bachun meets with the appointed GPU.
However, what is it all about???? Reading the Law “On the Prosecutor’s Office”, we know the provisions about those who can be considered prosecutors and investigators in Ukraine, who otherwise lack the necessary business and moral values? However, based on what has been stated, what kind of moral values of Bachun can we talk about?????
In addition, in accordance with the provisions of another Law, “On the Rules of Ethical Behavior,” individuals assigned to the reinstated function of the state or local self-government, at the time of reinstatement of their official duties goats are unscrupulous in adhering to the law and the strict knowledge of ethical norms of behavior; it is politically unpreempted to retire their services, and to avoid demonstrations, any kind of powerful political parties will change their views, not to vikoryist services, to replace them in the interests of political parties and theirs middle or other politicians; They can ensure a positive reputation of the bodies of sovereign power, the bodies of local self-government, and in every way accept the importance of the citizens’ trust in power, affirming the honesty, non-precedence and effectiveness of power.
These provisions also do not imply anything to do with the activity of Oleg Bachun in office as the intercessor of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

And to that, going up to Pyotr Oleksiyovych, we urgently ask you to start the fight against corruption and the process of lustration with such defenders of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, so that the people can effectively believe, and in another case - like Oleg Bachun will not be released from his occupied position, and it is obvious that any lustration in relation to others will be treated no differently than a vibratory reprisal against undesirables...
