Onishchenko-Kadyrov bribed the judges of the administrative "tower"?

Alexander Onishchenko

The case of the rich horse breeder Onishchenko ended in shame and disgrace for the Ukrainian judicial system. Despite all the efforts of the Kyiv and Pereyaslav communities, as well as the man who led the fight in the courts and the Central Election Commission—a genuine officer, Kostiantyn Bryl—his removal from the race failed. Apparently, the oligarch-turned-titushka smuggled more than one suitcase full of cash into the court and the presidential administration to avoid being subject to lustration. Violating all laws of law and arithmetic, on October 7, the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine upheld Onishchenko's nomination in the 93rd electoral district.
The former foreman of Kisel's gang is doing everything he can to gain a foothold in power. For starters, he renounced his father's surname (Kadyrov) and even his patronymic (Ramzanovich). This alone is a clear indication of his integrity and sanity.

For months and months, Onishchenko-Kadyrov had been traveling abroad. As captain of the Ukrainian equestrian team, he "won" Ukraine an "honorable" 70th place at the Olympics. He posed with celebrities and lounged on tropical beaches with beautiful women. Now, like a jack-in-the-box, he's popped up in the 93rd electoral district as a candidate for parliament. The independent candidate is already brazenly sowing buckwheat in villages in the Kyiv region and buying votes for 500 hryvnias.

Everyone knows that Onishchenko-Kadyrov doesn't meet the residency requirement established by the Ukrainian Constitution. A candidate must have resided in Ukraine for the past five years. Initially, both the Central Election Commission and the courts told the now-settled thug, who for years had preferred a life of luxury abroad to caring for his homeland, to go to hell. Onishchenko understood and generously donated. Apparently, the candidate was so generous that the Supreme Administrative Court even went against its own decision and accepted dozens of bogus "competition trips," brazenly slapped together by Onishchenko himself, as proof of residency in Ukraine.

Onishchenko-Kadyrov is desperately throwing money around to get back into the Rada. Why would a seasoned absentee of hundreds of parliamentary sessions and a veteran of parliamentary brawls do this? He's clearly hoping to worm his way into the new government and continue his life of thieving, covering up his shamelessness with a substantial parliamentary mandate.

Sometimes I begin to doubt whether we ever had a Revolution of Dignity. Will the people really not rise up in rebellion? Will they really allow a scoundrel and scoundrel, confident of his impunity, to buy immunity? So, was the sacrifice of the Heavenly Hundred in vain? Will the bandits remain in the saddle and continue to prance around the people's necks?!
