This time, the website Strana.ua helped the renegade disseminate a dialogue, allegedly an audio recording in Onishchenko's possession, which mentions Artur Chechotkin. According to the prosecutor, Yulia Tymoshenko's son-in-law was trying to find ways to cover up the anti-corruption case through corrupt means.
Specifically, the discussion centered on the reversal of the decision to lift Onishchenko's parliamentary immunity. He claimed he had paid 2 million hryvnias in advance just to begin his legal work:

Artur Chechotkin is a well-known figure in Odesa business, especially after he became the second husband of the daughter of the BYuT leader, Evgenia Tymoshenko. It's noteworthy that it was Chechotkin's mother-in-law and members of the Batkivshchyna faction who most actively defended Onishchenko on the day his parliamentary immunity was lifted. One can only wonder why the disgraced MP so blatantly undermined his ally: if the suspicion of bribery of members of the Administrative Court is confirmed, Tymoshenko's son-in-law faces a minimum charge of attempted bribery on an especially large scale, which is punishable under Article 369 of the Criminal Code and a prison sentence of two to five years.
