PRIVATE'S "RESPONSE" TO THE PROSECUTOR GENERAL: KORBAN DEMANDED YAREMA'S RESIGNATION

Yesterday, Ukraine's Prosecutor General, Vitaliy Yarema, reprimanded Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Ihor Kolomoisky, arguing that he should be fired for holding triple citizenship. The oligarch recently admitted to holding three passports—Ukrainian, Cypriot, and Israeli. However, he argued, this isn't a violation, since "the law prohibits dual citizenship, but triple citizenship is not."

In turn, Kolomoisky's deputy, Gennady Korban, responded to Vesti by telling it was Yarema who should resign for the photo of his house: "A person working for a salary in the police, parliament, and the prosecutor's office could not have bought such a house."
