Ukrnafta does not pay taxes.
Ukraine News. In August, PJSC Ukrnafta failed to pay mandatory subsoil use rent payments to the state budget totaling over UAH 500 million, and the debt may increase further in September, according to Ihor Bilous, head of the State Fiscal Service (SFS) of Ukraine.

"Regarding subsoil resources, a new rent has indeed been triggered. We have a problem, and I can state this openly: our biggest problem is with Ukrnafta, which was unable to pay its dues in August. They are very large – over UAH 500 million for August alone, and in September this amount could be double that," he said at a briefing on Monday.
As reported, in August, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine launched an investigation into fraudulent activities by Ukrnafta representatives involving the sale of oil at reduced prices.
The company "Ukrnafta" is controlled by the "Privat" group of Igor Kolomoisky.
