Vitaly Moskalenko
Vitaliy Moskalenko, the paralyzed rector of the Bogomolets Medical University, is to be forcibly brought to court. The Kyiv Ministry of Internal Affairs reported this to the media.
The corresponding order for his forced appearance in the courtroom has already been prepared.
As it turns out, the order to prepare such a document was personally given by Kyiv City Prosecutor Sergei Yuldashev. He demanded that the investigative department staff sign the order under threat of dismissal.
Despite doctors describing the rector's health as stable but serious, and Moskalenko himself having been immobilized for several days following his stroke, the prosecutor's office, represented by S. Yuldashev, insists on his forced delivery to court.
As our sources clarified, the investigators, realizing that bringing in the paralyzed V. Moskalenko is virtually impossible and carries the risk of human rights violations, are refusing to sign the documents. S. Yuldashev is furious at this, pointing his finger upward and threatening to lustrate the entire Moscow investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
As previously reported by the media, Kateryna Amosova, appointed rector of Bogomolets University by O. Musiy, is demanding that Kyiv City Prosecutor S. Yuldashev arrest V. Moskalenko under any pretext. She has personally visited the prosecutor's office several times regarding this matter. If the prosecutor refuses, Amosova is threatening the city prosecutor with the name of the President's wife, Maryna Poroshenko, whose academic advisor she once was.
If President P. Poroshenko continues to remain silent, and his wife's name is used to cover up criminal prosecutions, her image as the "European First Lady" will collapse before it has even had a chance to take root in the consciousness of Ukrainians.
