Information about possible falsifications in elections to the Verkhovna Rada from various regions of Ukraine. Both representatives of the community and the headquarters of candidates for people's deputies are monitoring the process of preparing the election process. For days at the epicenter of the scandal, the district election commission No. 193 (center in the town of Kamyantsi-Podilsky) was at the center. When I removed the OVK head from the archive, the seals with the column “Vibuv” and the seals of the departmental commissions turned out to be incomplete.
It turned out that after the end of the 2012 elections, the municipal archive, in accordance with the law, preserves the seals and stamps of the district election commissions and the district election commission, and has not worn out 11 seals and 36 stamps “Vibuv”. Replacement of 216 seals and 216 stamps (according to the number of selected sections) until the archive is finally created – 205 seals and 180 stamps.
Astonishingly, 10 wasted signets ended up in the Moscow archive two years later - in the spring of 2014. Another signet never made it to the archives. Looking at the fact that with the very seals members of election commissions certify voting protocols, the loss of the main instrument of the commission’s work is a gross violation of the orderly Ukrainian legislation.
The situation with the “Vibuv” stamps, which were not archived, became even more surprising. In the summer of 2014, in Moscow there was an unknown sign that he handed over a package with 36 stamps to the district election commission. There were signs of stamps and a real stench - it was not installed. After hearing this situation, a member of the committee of the Party of Regions, Vyacheslav Lozinsky, informed that at the hour of the war, until now, an unknown person handing you the pack. Lozinsky doesn’t know who this unknown “kindness” is.
What is most surprising is the fact that the members of the district commission, which is responsible for the preparation of these bitter elections, did not show respect for the violation of the law, nor for the necessity of all the necessary work. stamps and seals, until the moment the candidate for people's deputy Oleksandr Mazurchak is not savaged by her with skarga. The District Commission has held meetings on this issue several times. In addition, the members of the commission are determined to hand over the matter to law enforcement agencies.
However, it is still possible to supply food, but the seals of the farm commissions, which have been around for a long time in the unknown, can be victorious, there is an assumption that a whole series of falsifications are being prepared for their help. the upcoming viborchy process.
Current technologies, if the original seal is used, make it possible to produce an exact copy. So, in theory, it is unknown how many seals of the farm commissions in the 193rd district are active today. In addition, the protocols of the election commissions are drawn up on the primary A-4 arches, it can be assumed that, with the help of “wasted” seals, templates for detailed protocols could be prepared to support the votes.
I would like to show respect for the fact that the number of voters in the villages, for which the seals of the election commissions have been issued for two years, amounts to 17,780 people. There is no doubt that the situation with seals and stamps will not be lost on the sidelines of the district commission, but will be transferred to law enforcement agencies, and respect the public community, which is due to the members of the commission carrying out a fair and transparent election process.
