How did it happen that Andriy Valentinovich was assigned to the Kerivna Posad in the Department of Urban Development and Architecture of the KMDA? And his lieutenants hid the wealth of the most valuable and holiest in the place of the land - the traditional, unfinished image of the right-bank panorama of Kiev, known to the whole world. Including for the sake of the powerful wealth of the forgetful and the villainous officials, historical Kiev was completely devalued by unsystematic renovations and unacceptable enhancements of disharmonious forgetfulness, styleless pseudo-historical details, spores from a coated surface.

It is possible that just a few months ago, and on the 12th of 2014, the press service of the capital city government made a wider announcement: “The mayor of Kiev, Vitaliy Klitschko, signed an order about "external re-respect of the intercessor of the director of the department - head of the city cadastre service of the department of city development and architecture of the KMDA Andriy Vavrish and the verification of his activities." The document also included the creation of a working group to verify information about the facts of corruption, which was brought about by the bosses of the Mafia under pressure from time to time.
The entire community of Kiev was impatiently aware of the leaders of the workers' group. They were already gone, because, perhaps, someone would need to be kept in for a long time. I can tell him that “there is no corruption whatsoever.” And they said: “Confirmation of facts of corruption in the activities of the department was not revealed, the charges turned out to be unfounded, and the functions of the department have various elements that could have been vikorized.” “with a curly mark,” - like the grim of a clear sky, the same press service of Vitaly Klitschka quoted the act on the results of the service investigation.
There was only one misfortune - the mayor himself was unable to voice the “innocence” of Andriy Vavrish. Also, the report on the results of the investigation, and the report itself, was signed not by Vitaliy Klitschko himself, but by his... assistant. And everything would have worked out just fine, only during the brutal birch of 2015 Andriy Valentinovich managed to lay out so much firewood that he had managed to get away from everyone, including from architects. It is important that V. Klitschko immediately knew about the service investigation and was eager to see their results. The impact of more than 3000 members of the National Council of Architects, as well as the entire enormity of Kiev, rests on the remains of a retired official, who, throughout the rich fates, systematically lacked the benefits of a decent legislation of Ukraine in the local area.
