Yesterday, Victor Pinchuk's investment and consulting group EastOne closed a website about Pinchuk's lawsuits against Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov (Read more about it in the article Gennady Bogolyubov: What Privat's other half is keeping quiet about?). These claims concerned the Krivoy Rog Iron Ore Plant.

On December 4, 2015, a court hearing took place, the transcript of which was posted on the website. The discussion focused on Kolomoisky's alleged involvement in a series of murders and documents related to the creation of a ferroalloy holding company. This was the last information posted on the website.

The court hearings were scheduled to resume yesterday and last approximately nine weeks, but on January 22, media reports emerged that the parties had reached an "amicable settlement." Details of this, as well as comments from the parties, are currently unavailable.

It's worth noting that this isn't the first peace agreement between the Pinchuk-Kolomoisky duo. They reached an agreement on the ferroalloy business back in October 2015. Therefore, the documents Pinchuk provided implicating Kolomoisky in murders and attempted murders can be considered compromising evidence. It's unclear whether the criminal case into these incidents will proceed.
