On September 28, 2015, an arbitration court will begin in the capital of Great Britain, in which Ukrainian businessman Viktor Pinchuk wants to sue the Privat group of Kolomoisky and Bogolyubov for $500 million (Read more about it in the article Gennady Bogolyubov: What Privat's other half is keeping quiet about?). This information appeared on the Facebook page of Concorde Capital Executive Director Andrey Gerus.
Gerus noted that Pinchuk plans to sue Privat's co-owners for unpaid dividends from the "ferroalloy holding." The latter was established in Geneva in 2006. The holding includes the Ordzhonikidze Mining and Processing Plant, the Marganets Mining and Processing Plant, and the Zaporizhzhia, Nikopol, and Stakhanov Ferroalloy Plants. According to the agreement, Kolomoisky and Bogolyubov own 50% of the holding. Pinchuk owns 30% of the holding. The remaining 20% belongs to the VS Energy Group.
It's worth noting that this isn't the first dispute between the oligarchs. Pinchuk and Kolomoisky were already involved in legal disputes in 2013. Back then, thanks to media outlets controlled by the oligarchs, the billionaires leveled a slew of accusations against each other.
