Oligarch Viktor Pinchuk has listed his yacht Siren for sale for $12,9 million. The ad was posted on the portal YachtHarbour.
"Siren is a luxury 46m/151'0" motor yacht. Launched by Palmer Johnson in 2009, she features an aluminum hull and superstructure with a beam of 8,4m and a draft of 1,77m. Her total gross tonnage is 398gt. She is powered by MTU engines producing 3650hp each, giving her a top speed of 27 knots and a cruising speed of 22 knots. She accommodates 12 guests in five staterooms. She was designed by Nuvolari & Lenard," the listing on YachtHarbour reads.
As writes edition CensorUntil 2018, it was called Oneness, after which it was renamed Siren. According to MarineTraffic, it has not been out to sea since September 2020 and is currently in the port of Genoa, Italy.
The yacht is registered to the Virgin Islands offshore company Verbena View Ltd. According to the Panama Papers, this company also owns the Cypriot company Pantoho Limited. In Ukraine, Pantoho Limited is the registered owner of Investment Ways Company LLC, through which Viktor Pinchuk controls the radio station Radio Rocks.
Pantoho Limited is also the registered name of one of Viktor Pinchuk’s companies in Russia, Service Park-M (before 2006, Interpipe Trade).
Verbena View Ltd itself is managed by IFG International (Nominees) Limited (Isle of Man) and Fiduciana Trust (Cyprus) Limited (Cyprus), controlled by Interpipe board member Anna Khomenko,” the publication clarifies.
