Is it true that checkpoints on the border with the DPR and LPR cost the Ukrainian budget 2,5 million hryvnias apiece?
Our food was filled with a glance at the recent message from the head of the operational security group to sector “M”, Colonel Mamelin. This is a tribute to the scourge of defense disputes on the Mariupol website “0629”. According to the colonel’s data, the cost of daily life, transportation and installation of one strong point at a seemingly octagonal checkpoint costs 2,5 million hryvnias. “Similar products manufactured by Hesco Defensisve Barriers (USA) have much better characteristics, but are actually more expensive.”
Unfortunately, according to the MBC press release (all text is in the photo above), it is unclear how “expensive” American designs are. We hope that there are no such visual images of concrete defensive spores.
It is clear that after such a reception, the Americans turned around their goods and sent them to Saudi Arabia, while simultaneously conducting a military operation against terrorists in Yemen. And now similar structures will be built there:
All the “Hesco” blocks that were spent on this frame are stacked like one checkpoint near Mariupol.
We can be assured that we are equalizing a concrete spore with a muscle-reinforcement structure to fill it with earth (although the cult of the grenade is stolen, however, and the protection of Hesco can be ignited in a few quills without special equipment, and then burnt and transported to a new installation site, even though the Taruti checkpoint weighs tens of tons and cannot be easily prepared, installed and transported).
That's why we learned about every issue about the breakdown of the preparation of concrete pots. Expect 120-200 thousand hryvnia. It's 10-20 times cheaper than the Tarutino virus.

Unfortunately, the Newsletter of Sovereign Procurement has not yet listed all tenders, but it is obvious that for various parts of the Lugansk and Donetsk regions, structures are purchased at the same price: from 2,4 to 2,5 million UAH. (the difference in prices can be explained by the variety of transportation from the place of production of concrete spores at the Taruti plant near Mariupol to the place of installation).
We hope that the authorities will be able to explain the cost to the checkpoint in the amount of 2,5 million hryvnias. Here are some options to explain:
Colonel Mamelin received a pardon – 2,5 million UAH. visible at the checkpoint is not just one, but many concrete and other structures (overflow and varnish are added);
The site “0629” was reduced to one zero - the colonel spoke about the value of a checkpoint near the city of 250 thousand hryvnias;
The “Bulletin of Sovereign Purchases” will not go beyond the checkpoints near Taruta, but will give other speeches (the chatter and varity are added);
It's all nonsense. Costs and accounting are such a complicated matter that fakhov and bezpomilkovo from whom can only be strengthened by the level of expertise from a secret list, and all the changes and Google rumors are grist for the Russian mill propaganda.
