Police officers reportedly detained the driver of a foreign car for failing to use a turn signal. During the interview, it was suggested that the judge was "under the influence," and the officers offered him a breathalyzer test. However, the suspect refused to take the test on the spot, and police took him to the hospital to have his blood alcohol level determined.
As a result, the violator was identified as 35-year-old Uzhhorod judge Mykhailo Rotmistrenko. A blood alcohol test revealed that the judge's blood alcohol level was 2,4 ppm (extreme intoxication).
