According to the Ukrainian Press, Presidential Administration Chief Boris Lozhkin made a controversial statement, claiming that four categories of people are seeking employment in the Presidential Administration. "The first category is those who see the position as a source of income. This group, unfortunately, is the largest. They sincerely don't understand what's wrong here. They don't believe it. They ask: maybe they weren't offered enough," Lozhkin stated.
"The second group is those who genuinely want to work but don't fully understand how to do it. This includes a large number of activists unfamiliar with management. The third group is professional, not corrupt, officials. There aren't many of them, but they've already appeared. And the fourth group is those we're looking for—leaders who will lead the country to prosperity. And those, as it turns out, are very few," the head of the Presidential Administration noted.
"Many say we have enough of our own personnel. We wanted to see new-quality people in the new government, without conflicts of interest, with strong values. We began searching for ministerial candidates through the National Reform Council and with the help of top headhunters. As it turns out, there are very few suitable candidates," Lozhkin concluded.
It is for this reason that the Presidential Administration invites foreign citizens who are able and skilled to work and who are not tainted by corrupt activity.
Let us recall that the media has repeatedly reported that positions at Bankova are being purchased for tidy sums, and the head of the Presidential Administration himself is aware of this state of affairs.
