Evgeniy Anisimov
In the Zaporizhzhia region, 256 of the 345 intercity and suburban routes are operated by companies half of whose authorized capital belongs to relatives and friends of the former city "overseer" Yevgeny Anisimov, according to Nashi Groshi.
There are 34 carriers operating in the region, 14 of which acquired new co-owners in 2011-2012. These are Sergey Kotlyarov, Sergey Kondratyuk, and Vitaly Ostapenko, all of whom are associated with Anisimov. For example, Ostapenko, according to some reports, was Anisimov's driver, and Kotlyarov is a relative, although the degree of relationship is still unknown.
It should be noted that several companies were involved in the abuse of office case against the former head of the Zaporizhzhia City Council's Department of Transport and Communications, Yuriy Drozdov.
Drozdov was accused of creating obstacles for carriers to force them to share profits. This included, for example, re-registering the company to front men to ensure the loyalty and compliance of the owners. These included the aforementioned Kotlyarov, Kondratyuk, and Ostapenko.
It's worth noting that the company's former co-owners are currently attempting to oust Kotlyarov, Ostapenko, and Kondratyuk from their management through legal action. It's also worth noting that Yevhen Anisimov was considered MP Yuriy Ivanyushchenko's "overseer" for the Zaporizhzhia region during Viktor Yanukovych's presidency. Anisimov is currently wanted for extortion. He is believed to be hiding in Russia, the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), or the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR).
