Kyiv's Pechersky District Court sentenced the owner of Building Industry LLC to a fine of 8,5 hryvnias for fictitious entrepreneurship, according to Nashi Groshi.
As it turns out, in 2014, the suspect agreed to register Building Industry LLC in his name for 1400 hryvnias. It's unknown who offered him this. He didn't conduct any business on behalf of the company, but merely received payment for signing documents. Furthermore, the aforementioned documents were used to formalize a deal to supply corn to Ukrspirt worth 114,18 million hryvnias.
The state-owned company did not receive the raw materials, despite paying for them with a loan. However, the court had previously ordered Building Industry LLC to pay 151,35 million hryvnias under the contract. It is unclear whether the money was actually paid.
