Former deputy head of the Main Investigative Department of the National Police, Grigoriy Mamka, filed a lawsuit challenging his transfer to the ATO zone.

Pavlo Vovk, Chairman of the Kyiv District Administrative Court, stated in a media interview that "this will be an interesting case," as the transfer order is reasoned. However, Vovk declined to comment or assess the legality of the incident.

It's worth noting that Odessa Oblast Governor Mikheil Saakashvili previously called Mamka "a pillar of the corrupt racketeering system." He was dismissed from his post last December, and on April 7, a court reinstated him, although the National Police filed an appeal.

According to the order, Mamka is being transferred to Avdiivka in the Donetsk region.
