Two fatefully, the massacre of students in the center of Kiev shook the entire country and led to a change in the regime. Line of Agreement expired 10/08/2015. Suddenly the alarm clock began to rise rapidly. Due to the increase in the number of students, part-time education, part-time education, immigrants from similar regions of the region and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, there is a need for increased space for the education of students. In order to carry out an emergency overhaul of the building, which, apparently, the hand of the alarmist had not touched since the hours of the 1917 revolution, the conference of the labor collective of the NMU, a major body of self-government, praised the decision not to continue the lease agreement.
In order to put an end to the situation of students, investors and medical workers from the trade in trumpets and wreaths, the Administration of the University made a decision to the labor collective and promptly informed all three parties - the company-landlord, FDM, Ministry of Health, which deducted the agreement from the Ministry of Health and from the FDM (document dated 10/16/2015).
Prote, the orendar is not without any accommodation, but organized in a new whole world war, as people from marginal backgrounds were crowned. As soon as the police responded to the university administration’s calls, the aunties quickly responded, after which the police knew little. The territory, adjacent to the rented premises, was turned into a zone for the purpose of holding a lecture for students.
And the last day of the past, at the very end of the working day, the University drew up a new sheet signed by the intercessor of the head of the RV FDM about the continuation of the order. In 2016, the Foundation confirmed its position.

Sheet dated 16.10.2015 No. 30-06/0404 RV FDMU for metro Kiev informed PF "Petro the Great" and NMU named after O.O. Bogomolets about the extension of the line of the lease agreement and respects it We will sign the agreement. The same sheet can be turned in the direction of the owner of the deed.
As a result of the lease agreement No. 6297 dated 08.11.2012, the mine management body - the Ministry of Health of Ukraine - did not give a deadline for its continuation, and decided to carry out a major overhaul.
In this way, we are not talking about the proper lease agreement, but about the non-disclosure of the PF "Petro the Great" university space after the line of the agreement.
The orendar did not return the appointment for the act, but went to the extreme violation of the law, settling with new third-party persons on a general basis, which the owner of his ruler would be allowed to accept.
This does not make the overhaul of everything too difficult, but also poses a real threat to deposits and students. And let’s look at those that are located on the territory of the hospital in immediate proximity to the morgue, which threatens the sanitary and epidemiological safety of the population.
The university has filed a complaint with the Head of the National Police of Ukraine, Dekanoidze, to ensure the safety of students and graduates of the university through the aunties who were confidently hired by the Petro the Great PF.

RV FDMU for metro Kiev, regardless of the application of the lease agreement for No. 6297 dated 08.11.2012, the absence of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine for its continuation and accepted by the balance sheet The decision to carry out a major overhaul changed the power position and extended the terms of the Agreement.

This time, while defending the duty of the boss, the sheet was signed by one of his intercessors, having made an additional payment before the lease agreement. In this case, it was ignored not only the decision of the conference of the labor collective of NMU about the vicarious placement for power needs, supported by the governing body of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, but also the decision of the RV FDMU about the continuation of the government to the agreement. Let us show the sheet of the RF FDMU dated 22.02.2016, withholding confirmation from the university for the inadmissibility of the continuation of the line to the contract.
The university responded with a call to the Gospodarsky court about the recognition of the invalid continuation of the orenda.

Of course, the university has filed an appeal and is fighting further. Let’s talk about principles: what is the law in our country? What is the essence of university self-government in the country, how can it be European? How many crimes and crooked pennies win in court? How can, in the end, after the Revolution, justice can be cynically trampled upon by judges and aunties of laws, democracy, rights and the dignity of a fifteen-thousand-strong university population.
This way, you can reach the liquidation of more initial mortgages, and maybe even new crooked investments in the country.
