In the Odessa region, passenger bus routes are being redistributed through corporate raiding. Pressure on transport companies is being exerted through the courts and law enforcement agencies.
An example of this is the decision of the investigating judge of the Primorsky District Court of Odessa, Oleksiy Kaplia, who on March 12, 2015, instructed investigators to seize the original documents regarding the vehicles of ATP 15107 LLC (read more - https://verhovenstvo.com/view/8511).
The documents are being seized as part of a criminal case opened based on a complaint from the public organization "Civil Control: The Public Movement Acts." No such public organization exists, as can be verified by accessing the Ministry of Justice's registry.
Why didn't both law enforcement agencies and Judge Alexei Kaplya attempt to establish the authenticity and actual existence of the applicant, the NGO "Civil Control: The Social Movement Acts," instead of immediately resorting to harsh methods that could lead to the blocking of business activities and make it impossible for ATP 15107 LLC to participate in tenders to determine the passenger carrier on bus routes.
It's important to note that in February, the Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office already blocked the operations of such transport companies as Tourist LLC and Severtrans LLC, resulting in Odessa residents being unable to get to work on time, and long queues forming at bus stops due to the lack of transportation.
One thing is clear: they all act in the interests of certain commercial structures that have decided to take control of the transport business and distribute passenger bus routes in the Odessa region in their own interests.
The public organization "Rule of Law" is taking public control of issues related to the observance of carriers' rights and the legality of tenders for passenger transportation in the Odessa region.

STATEMENT
The community organization “Rule of Law” maintains widespread control over the rights of carriers and the legality of holding competitions for passenger transportation.
In the Odessa region, the distribution of passenger bus routes is being reorganized using raider methods. The pressure on motor transport enterprises is enforced through the courts and law enforcement agencies.
The example of this is the praise of the investigator of the Primorsky District Court of Odessa Kapli O.I., dated 12 February 2015. having given authorization to the senior investigator of the SV OMU GUMVS of Ukraine in the Odessa region, Diba Olena Dmitrivna, and the operational director of the UDSBES GU MVS of Ukraine in the Odessa region, Sheremet Oleksandr Anatoliyovych original documents for transport services of LLC "ATP 15107".
The collection of documents is carried out within the framework of criminal investigation, which is supported by the filing of the application of the Community Organization “Civil Control “City Movement of Action”. Such huge organizations never exist. What can you achieve if you join the register of the Ministry of Justice?
