Legal Control of Ukraine vs. the Educational Mafia

School mafia

What do you know about the school mafia? No, not the kind of mafia that involves schoolchildren; it's more like an educational mafia. The goal of any mafia is influence and money. So, individual education workers fight for influence and money, and the means used in this struggle are sometimes the most unscrupulous and cynical. Even those without children have encountered material extortion in schools; it's a sensitive topic and has been on everyone's lips for many years. There's a saying that nothing is as valuable as a free education. And it's the bitter truth! Parents often pay heavily, for practically everything. The most interesting thing is that this money is practically uncontrollable—the so-called "black cash," so, needless to say, the temptation to get their hands on it is great, and the person is weak in the face of it.
to your nature.

Where do the money flows?

And the more elite a school is considered, the higher the price for a "free education." Some schools have charitable foundations that officially receive funds, and there's some reporting—the chances of outright embezzlement of "black cash" are somewhat lower. But most central secondary schools have no charitable foundations, and these schools are a veritable gold mine for education mafiosi. Streams of money flow into the schools, from there, in larger rivers, to the district departments of secondary education, and then—a truly powerful stream—to the Department of Secondary Education, whose director personally manages all this wealth. So, do you think the director of the Department of Secondary Education benefits from charitable foundations in central schools? Of course not!

The Law of Omerta in the Education System

That's why financial audits are conducted specifically at "legal" schools—those with charitable foundations. It's not even worth explaining—a good audit will always uncover something that will give interested parties leverage, or even just a pretext for liquidating the charitable foundation. And the streams of "black cash" will begin to fill with new funds, enriching those same interested parties. And since all this, in any case, smacks of criminality, they simply must have their own people in all key positions who will...
Observe the law of omerta (the vow of silence). So, honest and principled people in such positions are not only disadvantaged but also downright dangerous. They are gradually forced out and replaced by those who are themselves tainted, meaning they will never open their mouths under any circumstances.

Legal Control of Ukraine

But it turns out that not everyone is indifferent to the dire situation in the secondary education system. The public organization, website, and newspaper "Legal Control"
"Legal Control of Ukraine," represented by its editor-in-chief, Denis Sadokha, is waging an uncompromising war against the educational mafia, against the unscrupulous people in easy chairs. The fight is being waged strictly within the framework of Ukrainian law, and its effects are evident—Sadokha is already receiving anonymous threats, and complex steps are being taken to stop it, to force it to divert attention from such a sensitive topic. Denis has no intention of stopping, and indeed, he can't—the institution of secondary education is too important for the formation of a nation, of new people of high intellectual caliber—today's schoolchildren. Moreover, having sorted out the secondary education system, he plans to tackle the problems of pediatric medicine, which is also the subject of popular tales of miracles. Judging by the successes of the first stage, unscrupulous workers in the field of pediatric medicine have grounds for concern, and very serious ones at that. So, threats could very well come from there, as "Legal Control of Ukraine" doesn't keep its plans a secret, and, apparently, it's impossible to stop it.
They won't be able to intimidate Denis Sadokhu halfway.

He won't back down

Already today, upon hearing the name “Legal Control of Ukraine” or the name of Denis Sadokha, employees of departments and the Department of Secondary Education, right up to
Directors are hiding, concealing themselves, taking unpaid leave—in short, doing everything they can to avoid a face-to-face confrontation with Legal Control and its formidable editor-in-chief. The danger for them lies precisely in his well-versed legal skills, meticulous and meticulous, yet principled and fearless—the very definition of a modern-day Robin Hood. Legal Control of Ukraine is certainly no Robin Hood, but the analogy is entirely appropriate; the country is currently in dire need of such people—principled, competent, and, most importantly, caring. Denis also has children, so the fight is also for their interests and a bright future, and a man would do anything for his children. So, the mafioso
I don't envy secondary education - this one won't back down!
