Stirolbiofarm pays taxes to militants

The pharmaceutical company "Stirolbiopharm" produces medical products and is owned by Hero of Ukraine Mykola Yankovsky. However, the company currently pays taxes to the "DPR budget."

Pushilin is divorcedOne of the militant leaders, Denis Pushilin, visited the plant on January 23 and praised it, noting its importance to the terrorists. He also stated that the plant is currently operating at a third of its capacity but could increase output, which, according to Pushilin, would bring in new revenue and create new jobs. However, the militant did not specify the source of the raw materials for production.

The Stirolbiopharm company operates on the premises of Horlivka's Stirol. In 2010, Yankovsky sold the plant to Dmitry Firtash, but retained control of the pharmaceutical industry.

It's important to note that something similar could soon happen at DTEK. According to unofficial reports, militants are attempting to "squeeze" the company's Donbas sector away from Rinat Akhmetov, literally forcing people to change jobs. However, the situation in the energy sector remains uncertain.
