Oleg Glukhanchuk, Chairman of the Odessa District Administrative Court. The brazen "citizen Koreiko."

By the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated January 12, 2007 No. 12/2007, Oleg Vasilievich Glukhanchuk was appointed a judge of the Odessa District Administrative Court, and on May 10, 2007, by the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 393/2007, he was appointed chairman of the same court.

The Odessa District Administrative Court began its activities on July 3, 2007.
Anyone who remembers the courthouse and courtrooms in its early years can now happily note the development and improvement of both the court itself and its staff.
According to media reports, Oleg Glukhanchuk's office resembles a miniature replica of Mezhyhirya, whose renovations cost at least half a million dollars. The courtroom, where the presiding judge sits, is also designed in the best European traditions.
Despite the Law "On Restoring Confidence in the Judiciary in Ukraine," which provides for changes in court chairpersons and their deputies, O.V. Glukhanchuk remains in her position as chairperson of the Odesa District Administrative Court. He was very reluctant to leave his beloved position and undermine his authority among his colleagues.
Interestingly, Oleg Glukhanchuk was fortunate to improve not only state property but also to increase his family's capital.
According to the income and expense declaration statements as of 2013, the judge’s family owns:
- garden house 115, 75 sq.m.
— Toyota Land Cruiser 2008,
— Audi Q7 2010,
— Boat "Eagle" 2007.
— 2 land plots of 2500 and 900 sq.m.
— deposits in accounts – UAH 83949,00, UAH 4796,00.
Although back in 2012, the judge was listed as the owner of a 2010 Nissan Qashqai, a 2007 Mercedes G-L 320, and two apartments.
The total income of the judge and his family members in 2012 reached approximately 190 thousand hryvnia, and in 2013 it was approximately 1,6 million hryvnia.

Moreover, according to information from open sources, Oleg Glukhanchuk purchased a small four-story house on the seashore at the eighth station of the Fontanskaya road from the former Minister of Justice of Ukraine, Elena Lukash, for two million dollars.

Oleg Vasilyevich also prefers to vacation at expensive resorts around the world, not hesitating to publicize his elite vacations on social media.

Glukhanchuk O.V. refused to explain the origin of his property.
The judge couldn't care less that his lifestyle raises, at the very least, suspicions of corruption. He apparently considers it normal and sees nothing wrong with it.
It is also known that in January 2009, a draft resolution was registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to dismiss Oleh Glukhanchuk from his post for involvement in corrupt practices. Specifically, he was charged with systematically failing to meet case deadlines, court red tape, poor court organization, pressure on judges, abuse of power, handling cases with gross violations of jurisdictional rules, involvement in corporate raiding in the Odesa region, undermining the authority of the court as a judicial body, and violating his judicial oath.
