And although many hours have passed since Ivanovich left Monaco, I have come across this, like the tenacious evil schemes that I gave birth to. They continue to chew the smell, focusing on their managers, who have crept into the lower power. The Axis has a specific nickname: the BPP faction gave a nod to the people's deputy - the people of Ivanyushchenko, Oleg Nedavi. I will specially concentrate on this individual, because before reaching this critical point, if you hit it, all of Ivanyushek’s schemes will show cracks.
This is even more necessary, because Ivanyushchenko’s managers did not go on their own, but protect the interests of their boss. There is a lot of evidence that a person from nearby Ivanyushchenko recently hatched the Nakiyiv business nest.
For example, throughout the Yanukovych era, the New Technologies Foundation was actively involved in the schemes for the derivation of state funds. Since the investigative journalists here have identified this fund among the leaders, this is a red signal - to carefully conduct Ivanyushchenko’s business. The director of this fund is, most of all, Ivan Avramov, and recently he was the vice president there. The founders of this fund for a long time were the companies “Rollexa Limited” and “Pallace Limited”. Among the front leaders, the first is Diana Ivanyushchenko (donka), the other, well known, is Ivan Avramov.
Also, recently, Ivanyushchenko’s other leading enterprises were in the warehouse: “Inakiyivsky Coke Chemical Plant”, Central Salary Factory “Vuglegirska”. He was the liquidator (in the interests of Ivanyushchenko) of the state-owned company “Lugansk Coal Processing”. And everything is not the story of yesterday. Oleg Nedava stands against me in many evil schemes that the Doninas operate, and that I try to overcome.
Land disposal
Zokrema, Nedava is actively lobbying Ilya Marchevsky, who is planning to rob the country of 300 million UAH. There are plans to cut up another 1 billion.
Illya Marchevsky was the main “recycler” of wasteful waste during the hours of Azarov’s rank. This company won the tender for a total sum of about a billion UAH. At the same time, Marchevsky’s company practiced bringing to the bedroom outside the border the replacement of fatally unsafe hexachlorobenzene outlets - lightly contaminated soil. The fact that the state paid a single sum for the disposal of HCB - 35 UAH. per kg., and the price of disposal outside the cordon was instead of chlorine. The less chlorine the cheaper. Therefore, the Ministry of Ecology reported that the export of waste products containing 36-45% HCB, and according to the British regulatory agency, in 2010 the largest amount of hexachlorobenzene was found in different batches of waste products. adding up 13%, the hired one is close... zero. This was a big deal, a shameless scam - for the said budget money, Ukraine sent thousands of tons of land from Great Britain.
“For those who are watching” this shahrayan topic, Yuri Ivanyushchenko will turn away. It’s not surprising that recently they are actively and publicly (you can google it or not) helping Marchevsky to “see” from Ukraine, another 300 million UAH, which the local government of Ivano-Frankivsk region has barked for Marchevsky "Lipove" zneshkodzhennya hexachlorobenzene.
It’s a pity that Marchevsky recently has other intense ambitions. This is the Minister of Ecology Shevchenko. Vin is a protégé of the gas baron, People's Deputy Onishchenko-Kadirov, who was in his own right a manager of Yanukovych, close to Stavitsky and again Ivanyushchenko. ZMI already wrote about Shevchenko’s star: “Batkivshchyna” sold its quota as Minister of Ecology to Onishchenko in order to pay for the efforts of the election campaign.

There has recently been a lot of publication on the Internet about how Yuri “Yenakievsky’s” gang seized and stole “Zakhidinkombank” as a raider. Zokrem, the money from the sovereign refinancing was withdrawn from this bank and successfully stolen. This process was carried out by members of the watchdog group “Zakhidinkombank” such as Ivanyushchenko: Oleg Nedava and Avramov’s son Sergiy. At this hour, the bank, through offshore registration, has issued registrations to Arsen Ivanyushchenko’s son.
These are yesterday's hours, but the axis continues from today's.
After the revolution, Roman Gavrylyshyn, the son of the great ruler of the bank, turned violently and asked for help to turn back the stolen premises in Kiev on the street. Gorky (Antonovich), 172.

The connection between battalion commander “Aidaru” Melnychuk and Kaskiva has been known for a long time. However, I immediately rejected the information that I had to ask Nedav herself to get rid of Kaskiv’s “Aidar” that had been stolen by the main fighters.
And here you can guess that in the hours of Yanukovych, Kaskiv, as a minister of the State Investment Agency, worked directly under Yuri Ivanyushchenko.
A little bit of evidence. For example, the site “Our Money” was founded in 2013, as in Kremenchuz, Kaskiv signed a Memorandum on the development of an industrial park. Following the release of the Agency, the company “Overseas Merchandising Corporation Ltd.” became an investor in the future. (London) and President Hemant Kumar Pathak. On the website, which is registered on his behalf, there are indications, as a contact person of another British company - Industry east Europe investments Ltd., with a British actual address (return to respect): “Marata str, 1, Yenakiyevo, Donetsk region".
This address is the administrative office of “Yenakivsky Koksokhim”, the registration center for a whole web of companies of Yuriy Ivanyushchenko. And this is also the so-called “British company” until the end of 2010. pratsyuvav Oleg Nedava. Ivanyushchenko worked with Kaskivim himself through Nedava.
The story of Gavrylyshyn’s appointments ostentatiously illustrates how Ivanyushchenko’s cunning business steals the loot in the hours of Yanukovych.

More often than not, corruption stories were born in the era of Yanukovych, but due to the fact that justice was not restored, the evildoers were not punished, and one of them was found in the BPP faction, then those schemes automatically become the schemes of the new government. Mine!!! Even if I am a member of the coalition, that means I am a member of the organized criminal group.
But I don't want to. That's why I'm writing about it. If there was a pardon - brothers Nedav from the faction, then there is no need to get a pardon, it is never too late to correct them.
It’s absolutely necessary to kick Nedava out of the BPP. Or better yet, plant it.

In 2012, Dmytro Gnap oversaw a journalistic investigation, as this company for Ivanyushchenko “picked up” the state’s dice, as they tried to insulate schools and boarding schools (in which windows were often placed on the cost of private benefactors, then the powers were simply thrown into the cauldron).
Gnap also wrote: “that the fortunes of billions of hundreds of UAH.. of visions for insulation are at the cost of the Kyoto protocol. “You wouldn’t call those that happen today “unfortunate victorians.” “It’s more like the scale of robbery,” says Gnap’s publication.
A similar revision was obtained from the State Financial Inspectorate (audit report No. 07-23/44) and from the international technical examination carried out at the end of 2013, I quote: “fact the unconvention of everyday work transferred from design and cost documentation, in constant need of regulations on the SKIN object.”

Here is evidence from connections of companies that spent money on insulation with key people in the current Ukrainian political council.
I am truly grateful: the black squares are the companies that won tenders for 1.7 billion (“Antis Trade”, “Sodel”, “Stroyinvest 2007”) hired as a contractor “Karpatibudinvest”, with the director of Nedava. Then the sovereign cats from the gaskets went to “Karpatibudinvest”, and then hung on the fictitious structures, where they were prepared, and only a small amount was spent on insulating schools.
In this table we can see that these were the Kyoto funds from the officials of the State Agency for Environmental Investments, such as Vladislav Yakubovsky.

And previously, he was the protector of the director of the Mezon-K company, this company Yezhel-Ivanyushchenko, who was a soldier in the watch of the Minister of Defense Yekhanurov.
Army food
The same thread led us to another scandalous and extremely relevant topic. And even Ivanyushchenko’s company has continued to operate the army to this day. And everything is tied up so well, I don’t include the fact that Oleg Nedava is a lobbyist for this business.
In this series of services to the army, 6 structures were connected with each other, which ultimately formed the business empire of Ivanyushchenko. I want it possible that after Yenakievsky’s departure from Ukraine, this business will be a little fragmented. Even firms do not demonstrate a uniform pricing policy. Three of them won tenders in the Ministry of Defense with an adequate price for food services, and three: “Geus-group”, “Artek-Soyuz” and “Admet-group” truly defended the prices.
Why “Admet-Group” and “Geus-Group” are the same, with one actual director Arkady Genkin (another partner of the Ukrainophobe Igor Markov), an office and a telephone. And the axles competed one after another in the tender. That’s why the price in tenders, after winning “Geus-group”, is guaranteed in each portion of food, at least for 5 UAH, and for 10 UAH. There is no way to overcome a similar tender in the Zhytomyr region. Why are the standards of service for military servicemen the same for everyone? However, the high-road "Geus-Group" won the tenders of the Ministry of Defense for the largest sum - a billion UAH.
Analyzing the founders of “Geus-group” - “Admet-group”, the affiliation of this business with the christened grouping of Ivanyushchenko is clearly visible. For example, the founder of Admet-Group in 2013 was Andriy Usenko, born in 2012. He was also the director of the army’s annual leader, LLC “Conducted Food Company ZS”, which was previously Dmitry Medvedev. The remaining business partner of Mykoli Prysyazhnyuk, ex-Minister of the Agro-Industrial Complex, who is a representative of the “Yenakiivka” group. However, Medvedev is the founder of the Zhytomyr company Agran Intertorg LLC, the largest part of which belongs to the Zhytomyr Meat Processing Plant, which is headed by Volodya Mikola Prisyazhnyuk.
And this same Medvedev himself was the intercessor of the general director of the State Agency for Environmental Investments, who “swindled” Koyoto’s money through Oleg Nedavi’s company.
Our National Security and Defense Committee is urgently urging the Geus Group to reduce the price of food services. We are supported by the Minister of Defense and the military commanders. However, the director of the Geus Group, singing the encouragement, behaves extremely impudently. Having chosen the hour for negotiations at the Ministry of Defense, and not showing up for today’s meeting.
However, the problem is not less specific in Admet-Geus-Group. We see an ineffective army food system. We have a systemic problem: the army food supply scheme was created specifically so that the meat business of Ivanyushchenko-Prysyazhnyuk would cut off the market for commercial products. The system is created in such a way that only firms from their pool can out-compete in today's tenders.
Before the speech, this scheme was created during another Yanukovych premiership, when the Minister of Defense served Anatoly Gritsenko. One of the first suppliers of food for the army was LLC “Organika Plus”, according to its founders. Zokrema Natalia Yezhel, a squad of the upcoming Minister of Defense Mikhail Yezhel, then became the head inspector in the ministry. However, the left part of the statutory fund of the company has a legal structure: LLC “Interregional Investment Union”. This company belongs to the Donetsk-Yenaki group, which, together with the bank of Vladimir Putin, rode the grain flows of Ukraine during the hours of Yanukovych. The current Minister of Agrarian and Industrial Complex Mikola Prysyazhnyuk grew up from this middle ground.
Since 2007 and to this day, clones of this company have been in operation. I’ll guess the price of this meal is a billion UAH. in 2015 roci. Therefore, my committee of national security and defense has undertaken to carry out reforms in this area. The secretary of our committee at the BPP, Ivan Vinnik, is working especially hard.
I'm sorry, I'm afraid that I'm going crazy (we're already afraid!!!), because Ivanyushchenko's business lobbyist Oleg Nedava will be deprived of the BPP. That's why I'm writing this blog.
And what’s more, it’s a shock - there’s a river on the Maidan, and you have to continue the fight against Yuri Yenakievsky. It’s an even bigger shock that formally I’m in your organized crime group, and even in the same coalition with your “sixth”.
However, the firebrand himself should not give up. It’s good to devalue the system from the middle. There's a firebrand here, who's the first? And the price of food is very high. The stinks can destroy Ukraine. I am their mafia.
