The prosecutor's office returned Yanukovych's land in Sukholuchye to state ownership.

courtThe Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office successfully sued to have land plots in Sukholuchye, formerly owned by Yanukovych, returned to state ownership. This was reported on the Prosecutor General's Office's official website.

It is known that the Kyiv Regional State Administration made a decision and changed the designated use of the lands of the Dnipro-Teteriv State Forestry and Hunting Enterprise to agricultural land. Later, the Vyshgorod District State Administration transferred this land to private ownership for the construction and maintenance of a restaurant and hotel complex, as well as for private farming.

The Prosecutor General's Office notes that courts at all three levels upheld the demands of the Kyiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office and returned the lands illegally allocated to Lesnika House LLC to state ownership. These plots are known to house the Akatsiya and Ostrov residences of former President Yanukovych.
